Really liked this one and weirdly enough it made me buy fitness equipment - it's a side effect.
The story has great anxiety rep and loved the body positivity message that was running through it.

I have definitely had some pretty rough times in which anxiety was ruling my life, though I never really had the struggles with overeating that our protagonist had. We each struggle with anxiety in a different way, but I still recognized so much of me within this story.

A book like this often develops as inspiration porn. I loved how this one was more centered on a message of acceptance and having that acceptance lead to change, rather than the other way around. And even though we see her take certain steps or discover some unknown passions, we also see how anxiety isn't just something that goes away, but will pop up again when triggered and how it's more about her learning to recognize anxiety and the way she tends to deal with anxiety in order to help her break that pattern and choose a different response.

I thought it had a nice blend of being inspirational, relatable, real, accepting, moving, funny, ... you name it.

The structure of this book worked really well for me. Every chapter is zooming in on a particular time of her life. For example the first chapter we will be following her for part of ehr journey to Bali, another one might be about her time exploring a new passion, a course she's taking,... each chapter zooms in on that time and we're kind of dropped in the middle of the scene. I really loved that sort of flow to the story!
