A Beauty and the Beast retelling, I haven't read The Cruel Prince (yet), so cannot detail any plagiarism, but there are MANY different retellings of The Beauty and the Beast on the market today, and probably MANY more to be written in the future.

There were a few errors I found in the book relating to misgendering who was speaking a couple of times, but that wasn't a giant issue.

I enjoyed how fast paced the story was, but didn't know this was a spin off. There was very little descriptions of the realms Dani was from or Elf-hame which I would have preferred.

I liked the book for the most part, but some of the descriptions for the spicy scenes was just weird.
