This book was a very rough ride. Beware of the spoilers starting now:
Liesel. Liesel Meminger is such a developed character and is so very real to me... Along with Rudy. Rudy made me cry so hard that there are tear stains on the library book. I fell in love with him and his demise was nearly mine. Max, oh sweet Max, and Hans, and Rosa! I must applaud the author on character development. But this book will make you cry.
