“We don’t do jealous, remember?”
“We do now.”

I love Baby Haites. There. That's the review. She is so flawed in so many ways and she makes very poor decisions because all she really wants is to love and be loved in return. Sigh.

The vibe of this entire book was giving mafia and you already know I'm all about it. Getting Julian's POV was a treat and while he is on thin ice for his bs, I still have a soft spot for him.

I melt for Christian though. Why do they have to treat him they way they do? I want every single character to see him the way I do.

One thing is for sure, the level of toxic is still in the tip top red zone but what we see underneath it all is humanity. Undeniably so.

The ending did me in. Did. Me. In. My GAH the way this series hurts so good.

I'm looking forward to reading more in the MP Universe.
