The Wish List by Sophia Money-Coutts

4.0

Florence doesn't need a man, she is quite happy living with her two half sisters and her beloved cat marmalade. Yes she might be past 30 and hasn't had a boyfriend but that's okay...
Until her step mum insists Florence sees a love coach who makes her write a list of what she wants in and man, Florence is sceptical but does as she is asked and then shoves the list in her trusty backpack. The seemingly perfect man seems to appear in the bookshop where she works a week later so maybe writing the list works?
The book made me cringe, laugh and cry for Florence (and with her) but I loved the idea. Some parts really made me think my life choices and the people I have around me too.
The outcome was to an extent predictable but I still enjoyed it!
