Its a 2010 teen spicy horror, what i would call a vampire mean girls x heathers esque fun 
Paranormal Mystery Squad is a more serious storyline of Cryptid beast monster hunters.
The MCs are Stephanie and Catherine Cane and their witch friend Charlotte 
A organization called PETM (People for the Ethical Treatment of Minsters) has been able to pass laws that stop monster hunting (there is plausible cause that they can be helped but most are murderous creatures with no control) 
After a mission with PETM members gone wrong katie (catherine) is turned into a cryptid but Charlotte casts a seal that leaves katie in a half state
The groups must now work together to find a cure and protect the city from the real monsters
