If you are looking for a story that gives you Hallmark movie vibes but spicy, then this is your book. This is a sweet story between Max and Luca. Max is the kind of guy who loves to shower the people he loves with gifts. He is also someone who is willing to lend a hand. 

Luca is also very caring but it can be hidden behind the stress of owning his own chocolatierie. He is short staffed and it is Christmastime. 

I enjoyed getting to know these characters. Anya made me laugh with her no nonsense personality. She wasn't afraid to just tell Luca how things should go. 

This story is very lighthearted and made me laugh. I also liked imagining the French Alps at Christmastime.
