The story was addictive like all other Cassandra Clare books. I enjoyed all the new characters, but loved Simon the most because Simon is the best. You could guess George was going to die, but it was still terrible. I thought it was weird that they named the baby after the Lightwood's child. I get the meaning but I thought it was odd. Also I thought it was weird how all of them kept showing up at the academy. I understand they are important because they saved the world but they just kept showing up. I love Izzy and Simon so much and reading them fall in love all again was amazing. Can Simon have his own series please?!?!?!?!?!
