This is a very original idea and I love the premise. The ending is the only reason I’m enticed for the next book but it was extremely difficult to read this book without full character descriptions and the immense amount of side characters to follow. I heard there’s a list in the next book to help but it was truly hard to follow until I got used to it about 50 percent in. It was written in a way I felt was not for me. Third person is hard to connect with the characters in my opinion and also the men are TRASH in this book. My goodness it was annoying. Overall I didn’t hate this book and I do like the magical world. I’m hoping the next book is easier to follow.
