ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!! this one made my heart swoon!!!!! I can’t stop thinking about these babies 🥹🥹🥹

after meeting cal in THE FINAL PRINT and getting to know him more with his friendship with iris in TERMS AND CONDITIONS, I already knew he was going to be the broken golden boy of the kane brothers and I was instantly going to fall in love with him! 

spoiler: I was right 😮‍💨

while lana was a bad ass single mom with a heart of gold, it was truly all of the side characters in this one that made it so human and realistic for me!! from violet and delilah, to wyatt and the entire town, to loving iris and the kane brothers EVEN MORE (how is that possible 😭💙) - everyone was a perfect addition to this story!

the way that lauren dealt with writing about addiction and substance abuse was such a real and inside look of what it’s like to not being able to control your actions! and the concept of wanting to change and get better for yourself first before others!!!!

AHHHH I seriously loved every single chapter of this gem! I’m so sad the series is over so I guess that means it’s time for a re-read!!!!
