The Courage to Be Happy: Discover the Power of Positive Psychology and Choose Happiness Every Day by Ichiro Kishimi, Fumitake Koga

3.0

I like that this booked was more applied than the first one but the conversation was hard to follow at times and felt exaggerated. I understand that it is by no means easy to come up with a dialogue to convey a philosophical idea and I still consider this a great work of literature. As your average layperson I enjoyed the first book more. Maybe it also has to do with the fact that I used audiobook as my preferred way of reading this book.
