She has been summons to fairy school and not going is not an option. So for the summer she lives as a fairy and learns about the life she has forgetton. At the end of the summer she returns to live in the human world. There is conflict regarding whether she will live in the human world or return to her fairy roots. There is also the love triangle between Tam the fairy and David the human. Instead of dragging this out, the author has her make firm decisions and this totally supports the plot and action leading up to it. The decisions she makes will affect her life and others around it, I can't wait to see where they take her next.
