This is the tale of two books. The first 60% was awful. Two people just be cruel and annoying all the damn time. Like that’s it that the whole first 60% of the book.
The last 40% was at least 4.5 stars.
Great action, interesting twists. Low stakes cliffhanger ending. Interested to know what happens next.
The audiobook narration was pretty damn good. If you struggle reading this one I would give the audiobook a try.
