Age of Vice by Deepti Kapoor

4.0

A very intense book to read. Both literally by how thick it is and story-wise. For the most part I enjoyed it even though I didn't anticipate it being so literary over commercial when I first bought a copy. I do feel the book was too long and parts of the story weren't necessary to the overarching narrative. However, it intrigued me enough to finish (Ajay's storyline was by far the most compelling) and I found the ending satisfying. I understand this is the start of a trilogy, but I feel after 544 dense pages of this first book, I've had my fill of the Wadia family!
