Aight aight the plot twist in this one got me hehe. Ngl I started skimming in the middle, cause this started to drag. The one thing about continuous series that get me is sometimes I feel like the author just starts adding filler to add filler, so for a good portion of this book this is what that felt like.

Also this is random but does anyone else find it crazy how a main character in a fantasy book can literally be living a normal human life and then ALLLLLLL of a sudden they are thrown head first into this world they knew nothing about– and now the character you were once reading about is no more? And all of a sudden they are forced to be a bad bitch and fight in wars and shit? I get that its a usual trope in fantasy books, but i legit think i would need intensive therapy fr.

Anyways –this series is a good lil vampire series!! It has been so long since i read a really good vampire focused book and i think this book really proves the whole "don't judge a book by the fact that its on kindle unlimited OR its cover" LOL. Cause that title....I thought i was walking into a corny scary situation but was pleasantly surprised. Finishing this series and then moving into a super popular fantasy book, miss ACOTAR herself.
