was this book a little long? yes. but did I enjoy it thoroughly anyway? absolutely.
the smut was obviously great, but the story was also really sweet?? I adored the relationship development between the guys separately, and in addition to their relationship with Rachel. They were all so different and I just really enjoyed seeing them grow to love each other in their own ways too.
I do kinda wish we got a bit more focus on Rachel’s relationship with her family, as I feel like it was mostly told rather than shown to us. And as I said above, the story as it stands was a little long and probably could have been edited down to make room for those details. I think the guys were developed beautifully but I do think Rachel’s character was a tad underdeveloped for me.We know she’s a doctor with a focus on PT and sports injuries, and that she has a tricky relationship with fame due to her upbringing, but that is about all we know, and I would have liked to learn a little more.
But overall I had so much fun reading this book and will be thinking about the guys for a while. Defs recommend to anyone who enjoys sports and why choose romances :))
