This book a is MUST READ for anyone considering a low carb diet while attempting to run, lift weights, or otherwise be an athlete. It's loaded with excellent scientific information, recipes, and success stories. I am more determined than ever to stay keto-adapted and lose weight while increasing performance as a runner.
