Lord, I love this series. Honestly, this is a release I look forward to every year. And not only do I still enjoy the characters and Three Pines, but the covers just get even more stunning.
Loved: Being back in Three Pines. I did not mind the Paris backdrop last time, but TP just feels like home when you read this series. The characters were as wonderful and flawed as ever and I appreciate Penny for never making any of these characters out to be perfect. This book touched on a very sticky topic and the emotions were high. I teared up multiple times reading this book, even though one of the times was Isabelle looking back on a moment from book 13.
Also for those who skip author's notes, please don't sleep on Penny's. Hers are always so well done and touching.

This is truly a series I wish I could reread again for the first time!
