The Inmate by Freida McFadden
3.5
Thank you to the author, publisher and Net Galley for the ARC.
The Inmate is another great story full of twists from Freida McFadden. Revolving around young mum Brooke, whom returns to her hometown and dark past when her parents die. Taking up a nursing job in a local jail - there’s an inmate inside that knows Brooke intimately, and is responsible for him being there…
I loved all the twists as always in this book. It’s fun to play detective and try and work out who did what. There’s an element I worked out but not another which was good gratification of being right but also on not having it all worked out either! Read this in two sittings
