I loved the Alchemy series so much so I was beyond excited when it was announce Seraph was getting a series. After Unveil I wanted to know so much more about Athena and the other ladies of Seraph. 

 

Gabe is struggling with the weight of heading his families business on top of adjusting to life after leaving the priesthood. To keep from burning himself out he hires a “full service” executive assistant. Athena turns out to be so much more than he bargained for though. She is the breath of fresh air the business needed while also being everything Gabe could’ve hoped for in his personal life. 

 

I absolutely love the way Elodie writes her books. The conversations her characters have are so deep and well thought out. You truly feel like you get to know her characters as well as, if not sometimes better than some of the people you interact with in your every day life. I think she is very respectful of the difficult topics she addresses in her books and this one was no different. 

 

I can’t wait to see more from the Seraph girls and Elodie!
