Introductions by C.L. Stone
I realize this book is called “introductions” and I’ve read that the rest of the series is much better, but I found this to be entirely too tedious. One by one, all 12 men (who all blur together for me) fall in love with the new girl (who seems rather unremarkable). I didn’t feel any need to read more, though if the next books were free like this one, I might give them a go.
Besides being boring & repetitive, the guys were way too bossy to Sang for me. I get it, she’s sheltered and horribly mistreated at home, but she doesn’t need all these overprotective dads/boyfriends. It all felt a little too chauvinistic and damsel-in-distress.
Again, I’d probably read more in the series… I don’t *hate* the writing and the overall story is intriguing, but I just think the “introductions” are a tad unnecessary and the guys definitely need to simmer down.
