May the Wolf Die by Elizabeth Heider

5.0

Nikki is an investigator who is a liaison between the Navy and the local police in Naples. She not only has to put up with the lack of co-operation between various departments but also must put up with constant discrimination and harassment from her colleagues in the male dominated industry in which she works. Naples, it’s beauty and its ugliness plays a prominent roll but Nikki, who has come to terms with a past that still haunts her, and who is strong, competent and determined to be dependent on no one but herself, is the star of this complicated murder mystery that will definitely surprise you with the ending.
