This book took me six months to read. I don’t wanna really give an in-depth review because in the end this book was just not for me. I don’t think this book was bad in any way, I just personally didn’t enjoy it.
The authors writing style is not some thing that I jive with. It’s very descriptive, and I didn’t feel like there was a lot of personal connections between the characters. I’m someone who really appreciates dialogue and in-depth conversations and it wasn’t present in this book. I found it very easy to put down the book and couldn’t really connect with any of the characters.
My favourite character from the whole book was Clef and he’s definitely a huge reason why at least finish the book. Although, I will not be continuing the series.
