Well, it was a quick read, but the middle bit was rather slow and hard to follow. I liked that it ended well. There wasn't some cliff hanger, loose ends were tied, it was nice. Very formulaic, but it's a YA novel. I might read the sequel, but I'm not rushing to get to it.
