In all honestly I’ll probably never be able to read this book again from the beginning even though I loved it so much. I will though look back at the happy moments rather than the sad ones. Reading about Iris’s story and all she went though and faced was eye opening while it was hard. I wanna thank Kennedy Ryan for writing this book and showing the things that can be at stake in a situation like the one Iris was in! This book also shows how at the end of a long road the light can and will shine upon you as long as you don’t lose hope. In my book I’ll never forget Iris and her character while also never forgetting August and how much he loved and cared for Iris and even her daughter. He didn’t ask for much but he asked for her heart.
