Second books in trilogies are often a slump, but this one really kept up the excitement I'd felt in This Woven Kingdom. Lush language, beautiful world building, impeccable chemistry between characters, delightful banter. Cyrus is a fascinating character and I am seriously conflicted now, haha!
Very much looking forward to the conclusion of this series.
