How to Train Your Dragon by Cressida Cowell
5.0
As I’ve grown up, I’ve shifted away from children’s books and moved to young adult and adult books. There isn’t really a time when I go back.
However, imagine my surprise when I find out that my favourite animated movie of all time is based off a book series! That was enough for me to hunt them down and set me with enough determination to read the childish books.
I can’t get over how good they are.
I’m still young, but they make me feel like a kid again.
They’re goofy, the characters are sassy, and it shows the tale of the underdog, which is always important.
The illustrations, also done by Cressida, go along with it so well.
