Truly, Madly, Deeply by Erika Kelly
3.0
I most likely would've enjoyed this a lot more had I read at least one of the other 11 (!) books in the series. As it stands, though, this wasn't a bad book per se, and I didn't feel lost or anything coming in so late, but I also didn't feel quite a connection to the characters or even the small town. I liked reading about the family dynamics, and I loved seeing Grace and Jaime interact with Kinsley, but overall I didn't feel their chemistry or connection.
For once, I actually enjoyed the 3rd person's dual POV, and I thought the writing was good, but there were some plot points left unsolved that bugged me. I also felt like the repetition of the insta-lust they had for each other was a bit much and tiring. There are only so many times I can read about how hot the other person is and what they want to do with them when they just met.
Overall though, this was a solid read for fans of small-town, single dad romance.
