I loved Chuck Tingles other book, Camp Damascus so much and the social commentary it had on the Gay community and the horrors within conversion camps. I went into this book with such HIGH expectations and I was so sad when this book disappointed me. It literally felt like I was reading the SAME story and the author just changed the setting and characters but the concept mimicked Camp Damascus almost exactly!
