I enjoyed this, but not as much as I thought I would. Practically the whole book is just B's household and friends at school as they watch the news involving Zombies. . There is no zombie action until the ending. I was expecting more zombies. I had a hard time reading this because of the racism. The racist father just made me not want to read this book at all as well as the fact that B tends to say and do racist things mostly to please the father. I'm not completely convinced about the story yet, but It was still pretty interesting especially towards the end. I will probably pick up the 2nd book at some point and hope it's more enjoyable.
