Bought it on a whim and it's a new favourite.
I don't know if the book would have had the same impact on me if I had read it at another time. I'm also honestly quite incapable of saying if it's well-written, original and whatnot but I liked the writing very much and found the story rather original albeit a bit predictable. It's certainly worth giving it a try if you ask me.
