Hard to put down, beautiful, sapphic, haunting. This is so much about caregiving and what it means to love someone as they change. Did not expect the twists at the end, and really enjoyed the alternative perspectives. Would recommend if you like thinking about the ocean and care ethics and if you don't mind slight body horror (not too much for me, although I skipped a couple paragraphs).
