This author is highly recommended on goodreads, so I gave it a try. Mikela is a loving wife with two children and suffers a horrible accident that leaves her in a coma. Her husband who is a doctor understands she may never wake up but he never gives up hope. He talks to her, brings her favorite items and has the kids visit. One day he discovers a link to her past and it shocks him. This is where the story gave me pause, it was too easy to reach her past and have her first husband come to see her. He is a favorite movie star and just drops everything to come to her side. Well he does come and Liam her current husband learns of his wife's past something she walled up many years ago. And Jacey is the only good thing from that time period, only Jacey never knew the truth either. And their is Brett he saw his mother's accident and has a lot of acting out problems, only his dad doesn't really address it. The only problem I had with book that there was build up and a great storyline and as we approach the end it got too rushed.
