I read a later series by her and glad I did. This is an early series and not knowing the potential of how she writes better now than then, I might of DNF this series.
This is my highest rating of the 4 and she is now finding her stride in a good plot, likeable characters and a almost believable storyline.
Chloe's mother was not a good mother. She is neglected, abused, and is always trying to find her father. Sadly her mother remembers nothing of the one night stand. She ends up in foster care and finds her best friend. She learns her father DNA match and runs off to Italy on a whim.
She is busted breaking into Santi house and from their hijinks, pain, and finally happiness happens.
