We meet disgraced journalist Paige Barrett who is now waitressing at a restaurant that is managed by her sister's husband. To restart her journalism career she decides to do a true crime podcast about a 20 year old case involving the death of a high school teacher. She joins forces with the son of the high school teacher to uncover the truth about his mother's death. The husband was the only suspect but he was at home watching a movie with his son.
I liked the way they made it sound like a podcast. It was engaging and had some decent twists. It is a quick listen at about 3 hours (depending on how fast you listen to it).
