The Mystery of Mercy Close by Marian Keyes

5.0

Read it it English. The newest Keyes book is about the Welsh family, yay! It's about their youngest, Helen, who is a private investigator. All the other sisters have had their stories told in previous books.

Helen is in a difficult situation, she's lost her home and has to move back in with her parents. But she gets a new job from an ex of her, she has to locate a member of a band who is going to perform in a few days time. Helen tries to find Wayne and in the meantime her life situation reveals to the reader.

I love how Marian Keyes writes and uses the language. She usually has a serious subject in her books, but somehow she manages to keep it light without taking the seriousness out of it. This book was very un-put-downable, and the ending was a big surprise. This book left me smiling and wanting to read more!
