“I’m not a lost lamb. I’m the black sheep.”
This was so good! I loved it. The audio was perfection.
Spending time with family, it can be difficult for some under the best of circumstances. I related to this aspect of the family drama a little too well. Anna is just a BADDIE and her family can't handle it. I mean, same.
Vacationing at a super creepy and spooktastic Italian villa, well, it's going to be one that'll be remembered. The history and art tidbits really gave the setting some foundation and pulled me into the story. It was definitely a tale of family dysfunction and how difficult it can be to make the choice to disconnect from that. I felt there was a representation of the darkness in several ways and her family displaying it by their words and actions was a major one. They were dark at the core. The disturbing eerie moments were so good and spine tingling at times! The pacing was just right for all the events that unfolded and each one had me more and more curious. I couldn't wait to get answers. Those answers did not let me down, I was invested.
I really liked how it ended, it was so well done. I would recommend to any horror lover.
