Honestly hated the MMC for most of this book, but there is some redemption before the end. The FMC was just too unlikely as a love interest for a Bratva Pakhan - yes I know this is fiction…but cmon, you can’t just say the FMC is strong & stubborn but then have her actions be those of a doormat 🤦🏻‍♀️. Overall, still an ok read, just not something that’ll ever end up on my reread radar.
