I enjoyed this way more than I expected. Loved the sci-fi take on Pinocchio and true to the source material, the plot/themes are pretty existential. The characters of course were the best part as with any TJ Klune book. This was my first time reading an asexual romance and I really hope to see more stories like that in the future. I enjoyed the ending on its own but I feel like a sequel would also be beneficial.
