The Paris Hours by Alex George
4.0
4.5 star read.
I love Paris and this book made me feel like I was there... of course post WWI.
I love multi character stories and multi layered story lines that all end up interweaving themselves. The beginning through me a little off trying to keep each character’s story straight. Once I got into it further I devoured this book.
His writing reminded me of Hemingway’s... clean, concise writing. This could have been an epic novel, but instead it was under 300 pages, but rich with story.
