I’ll be honest, I really couldn’t get into Radical at first. I guess it just wasn’t what I needed at that point in my life so I ended up putting it down when I was about half way through.

I decided to pick it up again a few days ago though and wow… it is so good. It is convicting, encouraging, and biblical. David Platt sugarcoats nothing in this book but rather helps the reader to realign their focus on Christ and what He has called us to do.

I have known for a while now that I want so much more from life than to just live the American “dream” while millions around the world are starving and have not heard of Christ. In Radical, Platt really solidified these feelings for me and backed them up biblically. 4 stars.
