Novelist as a Vocation by Haruki Murakami

3.0

I didn't really get any writing insights from this book, but there were some interesting insights about Murakami himself (apparently he never gets writer's block??? what is he, superhuman??). However, at times it felt like he was using these essays as a platform to defend himself from criticism he's received over the years more than offering writing advice.
