This book by Mark is what saved me. On the first attempt, I tried just the instructions that come after nuclear. Nope. Waste of five hours of my life. But on the second go-round (yes, I read this book twice in 24 hours), I went step-by-step, starting with the Nuclear Method. About three hours later, I was able to proudly call my book PUBLISHED.
