Friends to lovers, great side characters, and funny. A good romance with a relatable FMC who can’t exactly open up emotionally but finds a reason why she should. There are dual POVs and each character has a unique voice and personality, and their chemistry together is well written. I wouldn’t say there is spice, more of a light peppering of, well, pepper—but the romance is, as always, beautifully done.
