Thinking in Bets: Making Smarter Decisions When You Don't Have All the Facts by Annie Duke

3.0

Maybe better suited for a different age or another time of life for me. Definitely had some interesting points, but the decisions I make day to day aren’t ones that need to much deliberation. It was also needlessly repetitive and too long, felt like filler.

Maybe I missed it after I started skimming 80% of the way through, but there wasn’t any practical advice on how to calculate the odds of anything. A lot the advice boils down to writing a pros and cons list and knowing things can go haywire.
