An essential book for anyone in my opinion - Emily Nagoski distills key scientific knowledge and research into incredibly accesible and practical reading for virtually all people. While there’s a focus on cis women and examples are primarily of heterosexual relationships, Dr. Nagoski is clear to acknowledge the reasons, explain how topics are applicable to everyone (same parts, organized different ways), and show how the priority is on the content. She is also very clear to illustrate how this isn’t an end all be all, rather her mission is to go piece by piece through a lot of the bullshit we are taught and believe to dispel these myths of sexuality and sexual relationships, and replace them facts and metaphors to help us understand we are normal. I cannot recommend this book enough, the audio was really fun in particular too!
