Burn for Burn by Siobhan Vivian, Jenny Han
2.0
3 stars but I'm taking off half a star because of the ending, so 2.5/5
I liked this book mainly because I love revenge stories. I wish in the real world bad people got what they deserve, but sadly that almost never happens and one can't get really even without getting arrested, so I satiate my thirst of justice through books and movies.
For me this book was fun and a page turner, I admit the bad things the villains do, to me, aren't that bad, they're just typical teenage behavior. All the revenge stuff the girls do are too softcore to me too (except the last one). Maybe is because I'm too old for this book, it's YA after all. But overall I enjoyed this.
I took half a star because of two things, a weird aspect that came out of nowhere and the fact the book doesn't end and has a cliffhanger, I really hate that. I will read the second one because now I have to know what happens since the story ends abruptly.
