I loved this book! It was sweet and cute but also tackled a real issue of not feeling like you are being accepted for who you are at your core. Between trying to fit in, normal high school drama, and being trans, there’s a lot going on that make fitting in or even just getting by difficult.
After switching schools Noah is determined to start fresh and be seen as the boy he is. He tries to join the most masculine sounding club he can and as it turns out, that club is a front for the borrow a boyfriend club.
This is a sweet modern trans play on a ouran high host club style plot. Complete with fake dating, pining, found family, and self love.
