This was an amazing story. Once I started this book, it was very difficult to put it down. Most of the books I have read about World War II were focused on the Holocaust, so I was very interested to read about the struggles the US had with Japan. A very sad story, but also uplifting. Louie Zamperini is a true hero and an inspiration to us all.
