Goodnight, Little Monster by Helen Ketteman
4.0
I thought this would be a nice book to end the Halloween season on. Send the little Monsters to bed for another year. A story about Little Monsters bedtime routine. The bedtime routine is so important. The beetle bread was cute with worm juice.
The nephew loved this book and gave it 5 stars. The niece thought it was cute and gave it 3 stars.
The art is glossy and revels in the gross at times, but it’s cute and happy and who doesn’t want to sleep with a stuffed glow slug. The nightlight eyeball is very inspired also. There isn’t anything amazing about the story. Simple and effective. Some entertainment.
